Delivery Policy

Delivery for Hera all for you products is fast and secure.
The standard estimated delivery time for all orders on the site is a maximum of 3 working days and delivery will be made under the best conditions.

Shipping on the site is free for all orders over 350 lei and for those under 350 lei it is divided as follows:

– Delivery by courier to the door of the house (Sameday) will be made for a fixed amount of 19 lei;

– Delivery through the Sameday (Easybox) parcel locker system (also known as lockers) has a fixed cost of 12.99 lei;

Packages will always be packed with care, under the strict supervision of the responsible staff.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during public holidays will be processed and confirmed on the first working day. The sale and delivery of products is made exclusively on the territory of Romania.

In the event of exceptional situations such as: state of emergency/alert, adverse weather conditions, roadblocks and accidents or other special economic situations (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter Holidays, etc.), which strictly concern the operating schedule of the courier/carrier, delays in the delivery interval may occur, but the maximum delivery term cannot exceed 30 days. If the seller does not fulfill its obligations assumed by the contract because the specified courier does not deliver the products within a maximum of 30 days, it will immediately inform the Buyer and will reimburse the amount paid by him.

The delivery of the products to you is the responsibility of Hera all for you since we transfer ownership of the products to you through a courier company and the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you only when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

The products are new and are packaged by the manufacturers in a proper and adequate manner, the primary packaging being perfectly sized for the products they contain, so that there is no risk of mechanical shock caused by the product packaging. In this regard, the only damage may be caused by the improper transport and handling of the product by the courier to your location.

Please note that the risk of damage to the goods is transferred to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, in the sense that the product receipt document confirming its quality and completeness is signed (opening upon delivery).

Thus, upon taking possession of the product, it is expressly recommended that you inspect the package without delay, preferably in front of the courier (checking the package, packaging, product, as appropriate), take photos of the packaging and in the event of damage to the products or packaging, you are obliged to request the preparation of a report of the defect/destruction or to mention these aspects to the courier in writing. In the event of any damage or defect, you are not obliged to accept the package. Complaints regarding damage caused during shipping are accepted only upon arrival of the package. From the moment you take possession of the product, you are responsible for its quality, integrity, and functionality.
